Tech Networks of Boston (TNB) is a Boston-based IT service provider dedicated to serving the technology needs of mission-driven organizations. Established in 1999, TNB has been a trusted partner for nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and government agencies for over two decades. Our mission is to develop the skills of IT workers in our community, rise to meet the strategic technology needs of mission-driven organizations, and bring organizations together so that they can serve, scale and innovate.

*Managed Services:* Our Managed Services portfolio includes an array of core IT functions, including Service Desk, data systems, server monitoring, maintenance, and backups. By assuming responsibility for these critical functions, we enable your organization to focus on driving its goals while effectively reducing costs with access to best-in-class toolsets, hardware, software, and technology professionals.

*Project Services:* TNB's Project Services offering provides project services under a structured framework designed to help clients move forward. Project focus areas include strategic technology assessments, solution delivery, business intelligence, outcomes management, data integration, and migration to the cloud.

*Security Assessments:* We help organizations take a proactive approach to security, preventing major incidents before they happen with Security Assessments.

Community Involvement

At TNB, we believe that collaboration and community involvement are essential to driving innovation and success. We actively engage with the nonprofit community by hosting Roundtable workshops on a wide range of topics of interest to nonprofit organizations, partner vendors, and TNB staff. These sessions provide an excellent opportunity to plug into the nonprofit community, where area professionals present topics of vital interest, including nonprofit management, social media strategies, and best practices for technology in a rapidly changing landscape.

In addition, we collaborate with local educational institutions through our Workforce Development Program, providing internships for participants in computer training programs and hiring successful graduates as deskside support technicians.

Furthermore, TNB created the Boston Charity Events, a free event listing service that has been promoting charity events and raising awareness since 2002.
