Our mission is to provide businesses in the Springfield, MO area with IT services that meet their unique needs. We believe that technology should be a tool to enhance your business, not a hindrance. We're committed to providing timely, polite, and courteous service to our clients, and we're always looking for ways to improve our services and prevent problems before they arise.
Our History
Resolve IT was founded in 2010 by Ben Petersen, a Springfield native with a natural aptitude for technology. Ben grew up in Springfield, where he became interested in computers at an early age. After graduating from college, Ben and his wife Ashley started Resolve IT, with the goal of providing high-quality IT services to the Springfield community.

Ben has a degree in Middle Eastern Studies and speaks Arabic, Italian, and Spanish. He and his wife Ashley started Resolve IT in 2010.
Neil Slatinsky, Project Manager
Neil has over 10 years of experience in the IT industry. He has worked in various roles, including systems administration at a large corporation and IT manager at a local company.
Daniel Broach, Systems Administrator
Daniel joined Resolve IT in 2018, bringing with him a strong background in troubleshooting and research. He is passionate about learning new things and collaborating with clients to find innovative solutions.
Clayton Gray, Service Manager
Clayton has a Master's degree in Business Administration and has extensive experience in IT project management. He is a dedicated team player and is always willing to lend a helping hand.
Brayden Shell, Systems Administrator
Brayden graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Missouri State University in 2021. He has experience working in logistics, non-profit organizations, and IT services.
Michael Ramsey, Cybersecurity Specialist
Michael has a strong background in cybersecurity, including experience in the Department of Defense (DoD) and general IT help desk. He is committed to continuously expanding his knowledge of cybersecurity technologies.
