Unfortunate Experiences
KPM's reputation has been marred by allegations of unethical behavior. Debbie Moore's mother had been filing taxes with KPM for years, but it was discovered that she was no longer required to file for the past five years. Despite this, KPM continued to charge her fees ranging from $515 to $650 per year to file a 1040 form. The firm claimed it was at her mother's request, but Debbie Moore asserts this is false. The situation has caused "heartache" and led to concerns about the firm's ethics.

On the other side, several reviewers have had positive experiences with KPM. Sherry L.
