Today, we have multiple locations and a team of highly trained technicians who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers.

At Geeks On The Way, we offer a range of services to meet the diverse needs of our customers. Our services include:
Onsite Residential Support
We offer onsite support to our residential customers, providing personalized assistance and troubleshooting services. Our technicians are available 7 days a week and provide a minimum one-hour service call for $115.00 plus GST. We then bill in half-hour increments at $57.50 per half hour.
Onsite Corporate Support
Our onsite corporate support services cater to the unique needs of our business customers. We provide expert IT support and troubleshooting services to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
Remote Support
We understand that not all customers have the luxury of time to wait for an on-site visit. That's why we offer remote support services via live chat, email, telephone, and remote control of your computer. Our technicians are available to provide assistance and troubleshoot issues remotely.
