Our History

Founded in 2012 by CEO Vernon Keenan, Telnexus grew out of Berkeley Logic, an IT consultancy in operation since 2007. Our story began in 2010 with Vern Keenan and local venture capitalist Nat Goldhaber, who met during a home-business phone installation project. They envisioned a communication service provider that would offer a personalized, consultative approach to understanding each client's unique needs. This vision has guided our growth and continues to shape our company culture.
