Logicom LLC is a premier mobile computer repair service based in Prescott, Arizona. Founded in 1991 by Larry Treiber, a native Arizona resident, Logicom has been serving the Prescott AZ area for over two decades. With Larry's passing in 2012, his wife Arlene Trieber handed over the reins to her son Matthew Kaufman, who has continued the legacy of providing exceptional computer repair and maintenance services to the community.

Matthew Kaufman, the current owner of Logicom LLC, has over 20 years of experience in the industry. His expertise spans across various operating systems and problem areas. Maintenance & Troubleshooting Services

We offer a variety of maintenance and troubleshooting services to keep your computer running smoothly. These services include:

• Cleanup of old or dead files and uninstallation of unnecessary programs
• Data management and backup
• Troubleshooting of internet access and email problems
• Removal of viruses, spyware, and spam
• Installation of anti-virus/spyware programs to protect your computer
• Repair of broken computers
• Installation of internal hardware for PC or Mac such as hard drives and DVD drives
• Installation of software programs
• Tuneup of slow/sluggish behavior

Networking Services

In addition to our maintenance and troubleshooting services, we also offer networking services to help you connect multiple computers in a home office. Our networking services include:

• Connection of multiple computers in a home office
• Setup of a wireless (wifi) or ethernet network
• Sharing of printers and other peripherals among computers
• Troubleshooting of connection problems among computers and the Internet

Pricing

Our pricing is based on the type of service you need and the location of your home or business. We offer a range of pricing options designed to fit your budget.

• Our standard hourly rate for computer repair and maintenance services is $95 per hour.
• We offer a $25.00 per hour surcharge for businesses, holidays, weekends, and emergencies after 5pm.
• We offer a $20.00 per hour surcharge for Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years, or any nationally observed holiday.
• We offer a $25.00 per hour surcharge for emergency calls and any other fees that may apply per hour.
• We require a minimum 1 hour charge for all services.
• Our pricing is effective January 1st, 2024. All services until than will be $5 less.
