Carmichael Business Technology Inc. (CBT) was founded in 2003 by Christopher Carmichael and his wife & partner Sarah Carmichael. Initially, CBT provided consulting services for the resort town of Mammoth Lakes, CA, and the surrounding area. Over the first 5 years of business, CBT grew to provide onsite support throughout California and remote support in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Today, CBT serves all vertical markets in need of professional and courteous information technology specialists, ranging from students and home users to police stations, municipalities, and school districts.

Our Team

CBT employs professionals from many different backgrounds. All have university degrees in Information Technology, hold the industry-standard required certifications, or have many years of experience. We pride ourselves on customer service, timely communication, and the right-first-time adoption of any technology for a client. Christopher Carmichael, our CEO and Founder, has a background in senior systems analysis and oversaw the implementation and management of a company-wide CRM system before founding CBT.
