At Bits and Bytes Computers, we take pride in being a locally owned and operated business that has been serving the Katy, Fort Bend, and Houston areas for over 30 years. Since 1994, we have been dedicated to providing top-notch computer repair services to both commercial and residential customers.

Our Story

Founded by Harold Stanley, our original store located at Mason and I-10 was staffed by Mr. Stanley, owner, and another employee. As Katy and west Houston grew, so did our business. Over the years, we have expanded our services and staff to provide excellent service to businesses and residents. We have built a reputation for providing top-quality parts and excellent customer service, with 95% of our business coming from repeat customers and referrals.

Our staff and technicians have over 50 years of combined experience and are certified to troubleshoot and fix the latest computer systems, including Apple, ASUS, Dell, Samsung, Sony, Gateway, eMachine, HP/Compaq, and IBM/Lenovo computers with various operating systems. Our services include:

• On-Site Services: We come to you! Our on-site service allows us to diagnose and repair your computer at your business or home.

• In-House Services: Bring your computer to our shop, and our certified technicians will get it fixed quickly and efficiently.

• Remote Services: If you can't bring your computer to us, we can connect to your computer remotely and fix issues such as viruses, spyware, and adware.

• Board Level Repair: We can perform advanced repair work on desktop and notebook motherboards, as well as game consoles like PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo.
