We also offer custom-built servers, computers, and VoIP servers for small to mid-size businesses and consumers in Minneapolis and St Paul, MN.

In addition to our repair services, we provide a wide range of technical and IT support services for small businesses, distributors, banks, churches, doctors' offices, and law firms. Our History

Alex Audio and Video Service, Inc. was founded in 1977 as a home-based electronics repair business by Alex, a Russian immigrant who brought innovative electronic repair skills to Minneapolis, Minnesota. Over the years, we have expanded our operations, moving to a storefront location in Golden Valley, Minnesota in 1987, and eventually to our current 9,000 square foot facility in New Hope, Minnesota.

Today, we are proud to be a manufacturer-authorized service center for most major brands, providing in and out of warranty repair on consumer electronics equipment. Our commitment to excellence has earned us recognition in national electronics publications, the Star Tribune, and Minneapolis/St Paul magazine.
