TC Computers is a proudly independent business that has been serving the Illinois River Valley since 1999. We are located in Cave Junction, OR, a community that we are proud to be a part of and that has supported us throughout the years. Services Offered by TC Computers

At TC Computers, we are committed to offering high-quality, professional services to our customers. We are the only CompTIA A+ Authorized Service Center in Josephine County, providing service to our local customers either in the shop or at your home or place of business within Josephine and Jackson Counties.

Our in-shop services include quick diagnosis and troubleshooting for just $45.00, as well as an hourly shop rate of $65.00 for service work. We also offer computer system hardware cleaning for $35.00. Our service call rate is $75.00 per hour, with a pre-scheduled appointment required. If you require same-day service and are not covered by a service contract through us, an additional charge of $100 will apply. Please note that all of our rates are subject to change without notice.

In addition to our repair and troubleshooting services, we also offer system upgrades and installations, as well as custom built systems to meet your specific needs. Our team of experts can help you determine the best solution for your home or business, whether it's a simple upgrade or a complete custom system.
