• Regular Service - $99.00 per hour
• Priority Service - $119.00 per hour
• Express Service - $139.00 per hour
• Wait Service - $149.00 per hour
• In-Store Consultation - Call for Rate
• On-Site Rates - Minimum of one hour for the first hour, then 15-minute increments

Discounted Time Blocks

We offer discounted rates with guaranteed response times when you prepay for 10 or more hours. More information is listed on our website.

Remote Support

We offer remote support packages for those who prefer to have their computer issues resolved from the comfort of their own home. Our remote support packages include:

• Remote & Telephone Support Package 1- $129 One hour remote support: up to four 15-minute sessions
• Remote & Telephone Support Package 2- $229 Two hours remote support: up to eight 15-minute sessions

Data Recovery

At Ardmore Computer, we understand how important your data is to you. That's why we offer data recovery services to help you recover your lost or corrupted files. Our data recovery services include:

• Level One Recovery - $129.99 minimum charge
• Level Two Recovery - $199.99 minimum charge
• Level Three Recovery - Starting at $1,000.00

Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to recover any lost data. We also don't guarantee that recovered data will not be corrupted or incomplete when restored to your computer's hard drive.
