Logic House is a nationwide consulting firm that has been providing professional services to public and private sector clients since 1990. Our primary focus began in the Health and Human Services arena and has expanded into the private sector. We offer a variety of specialized consulting skills and provide government and business with quality, cost-effective service. Services

We provide a wide range of services, including Consulting Services and Technical Services. Our Consulting Services include Systems Network Data Administration Finance & Accounting Public Administration Health & Services. Our Technical Services include Staff Augmentation, where we provide a cost-effective alternative to hiring full-time employees. Our experienced consultants are capable of providing a wide range of skilled consultants using the combined resources of our full-time consultants, our database of technical consultants, and our industry-wide network of consulting companies.

Core Competencies

Our personnel have a wealth of experience in health and human service programs, particularly in the development and implementation of large-scale information systems that support Department of Health and Human Services programs. We have hands-on experience in project planning, project budgeting, request for proposal (RFP) development, project oversight and monitoring, project staffing, business process re-engineering, system design, system development, proposal development, quality assurance, system testing, and implementation planning and training.

Management Team

Our management team is comprised of experienced professionals who have a strong background in management consulting. Sheila Allen House, our President, is a former manager in the operation of several divisions of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Liquor Control Board. Keith A. House, our Vice President, is a former Senior Manager with the Deloitte & Touche Management Consulting practice and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). Our marketing and recruiting directors, Dennis Hassler and David Anderson, bring over 20 years of experience in marketing and recruiting technical services.

Government Connections

Logic House has several government procurement contracts and certifications in place that allow government agencies to purchase our IT services. These vehicles are designed to save the government time and money in IT services procurement. We also have established government connections, which enable us to provide quality services to government agencies.
