Our team is led by Ken Campbell, a graduate of TESST Electronics and Computer Institute, and a highly certified and trained expert in the field of computer repair. Ken has extensive knowledge and expertise in computer repair, upgrades, and custom builds. He is joined by Cameron Isaacson, Head Tech/Shop Manager, who is pursuing a degree in IT and has been part of the MCR team since he began interning at the age of 16.

According to one customer, Ken provided false information about the status of their repair, constantly citing wait times for parts without providing any updates on the actual repair process. When the customer called to inquire about their repair, they were told that Ken had attempted to fix the issue, but ultimately, the laptop remained unusable.

They were quoted a price for the repair, but when they went to pay, they were told that the price had changed.
