RescuedPC is a family-owned business, founded by a veteran of the United States Airforce, Dave Reese, who has a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Technology. With over two decades of experience in the field, Dave is a knowledgeable PC Specialist who has worked on various operating systems, computers, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices since 1996. The company is dedicated to providing honest, trustworthy, and affordable services to the community of Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Our services include In-House, On-Site, and Remote assistance. Whether your system needs repair, virus removal, or simply a tune-up, we can help. We offer a wide range of services such as reinstalling operating systems, upgrading or installing software, memory installation, CD/DVD installation, I/O card installation, hard drive installation, data transfer, and cleaning up your computer. We also provide personalized invitations, web design, and on-site training.

In-House Services

For issues that require a deeper diagnosis and repair, our In-House services are available. This includes reinstalling operating systems, upgrading or installing software, memory installation, CD/DVD installation, I/O card installation, hard drive installation, data transfer, and cleaning up your computer. Our experienced technicians will assess the situation and provide the necessary solutions to get your computer or network up and running immediately.

On-Site Services

If your system is in need of service and you're concerned about disconnecting and reconnecting cables, then give us a call. We can provide On-Site service to your home or business, and in most cases, fix it on the spot. Our experienced technicians will travel to your location and provide assistance in a wide variety of categories.

Remote Services

At times, we can connect to your PC to work on it from our shop to your house. This way, you do not have to disconnect the PC to bring to us. We will guide you through the process of connecting with us remotely using software such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk.
