Hi. My name is Jacob. I'm the founder of Savvy Duck Computers. I graduated from the University of Oregon with a bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science and have been working in the field since 2004. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with renowned companies like Symantec and Hewlett-Packard, where I gained extensive experience in tech support and leadership roles. My philosophy is centered around providing personalized, high-quality service that exceeds customer expectations. I believe in staying up-to-date with the latest technology and continuously updating my skills to ensure the best solutions for our customers.
