When major telephone companies began shutting down dial-up network infrastructure and raising their carrier fees in 2021, we worked quickly to develop flexible new options for our customers.

We now assist customers in finding modern cabled internet options from third-party providers when those services are available at their address. For customers in areas without cabled internet access, we offer high-speed cellular rural internet service that delivers dramatically faster speeds than traditional dial-up. Beyond internet services, we provide specialized support including remote computer repair, data recovery for corruption, fire and forensic cases, media conversion for VHS and 8mm film, and comprehensive business IT support. We also maintain long-term email access for customers who choose to cancel their dial-up service, with affordable annual maintenance to preserve their existing accounts and support access.
