Geeks on Site is a competent, helpful and excellent masters of taking care of your computer. Just call them and tell them you want a monthly tune-up or that you have a problem, and they will give you instructions on how to connect your computer to a service expert and they will tune-up or find and repair problem(s) with your computer. They stay on your computer for up to 5-7 hours running diagnostics, looking for problem(s) and fixing them. It is well worth the $24.95 per month fee for the security of knowing that anytime for any reason they can log on to your computer and provide general monthly wellness or check out any problems you may have.

We had the technician to our home to install a printer, take care of some virus issues, recover files, etc.The technician was on time, worked competently and quickly (we had plenty of time left on our estimated time slot, answered questions clearly and helpfully, plus gave us good advice for the future. We are geeks for life!!
