On-Site Support

Our on-site services are available on a contract basis, allowing local businesses to supplement their in-house IT solutions with our skilled technicians and expertise.
Return Policy & Warranty
At Polestar Computers, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. All products come with the manufacturer's warranty, providing you with comprehensive protection. Opened hardware or software is not returnable unless defective. If a product you purchased proves to be defective, please return it within 15 days of purchase for a replacement. We will strive to provide you with a replacement from our in-stock inventory or as soon as the item becomes available from the supplier. For returns exceeding 15 days, we will gladly assist you in navigating the manufacturer's warranty process.
For defective products, please ensure they are returned in their original packaging with all components, including the original box, software, drivers, cables, manuals, and any other accessories.
We offer a 30-day warranty on all repair and maintenance work performed by our technicians. If any defect arises within this warranty period, we will replace any defective hardware with the same or equivalent component at no additional cost.
Payment and Rates
Payment for our services is required at the time of service unless prior credit arrangements have been established. We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express.
Our on-site labor rates are as follows:
- Minimum charge: $50.00
- Shop rate: $70.00 per hour
- Field rate: $90.00 per hour
- Minimum 1-hour point-to-point travel time applies to on-site services.
Training rates are:
- Shop rate: $50.00 per hour
- Field rate: $90.00 per hour
- Minimum 1-hour point-to-point travel time applies to on-site training.
